Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
The basics
By using Dunzo, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms are meant to be readable, not full of legalese.
What Dunzo is
Dunzo is a task assistant that helps you capture and organize tasks through conversation. You can use it on the web or through AI assistants like ChatGPT.
Beta & pricing
Dunzo is currently in beta and free to use. I may introduce paid tiers in the future based on usage and feedback, but I'll give you plenty of notice before that happens.
Your account
- You need to be at least 13 years old to use Dunzo
- Use accurate information when signing up
- Keep your account secure - don't share your login
- One account per person, please
Your content
Your tasks belong to you. I only store and process them to provide the service. I won't claim ownership of anything you create in Dunzo.
Acceptable use
Pretty simple rules:
- Don't use Dunzo for anything illegal
- Don't try to hack or break the service
- Don't abuse the API or overwhelm the servers
- Don't impersonate others or create fake accounts
Third-party integrations
When you connect Dunzo to ChatGPT or other services, you're also agreeing to their terms. I'm not responsible for how those services handle your data - check their policies.
The fine print
Dunzo is provided "as is" without warranties. I'm not liable for any damages from using (or not being able to use) the service.
Changes
I might update these terms occasionally. If I make big changes, I'll let you know. Continuing to use Dunzo after changes means you accept the new terms.
Termination
You can stop using Dunzo anytime. I can also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If that happens, I'll try to let you export your data first.
